Refunds, Returns & Store Credit Policy

1.1 Change of Mind Returns
If you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price, excluding any delivery charges.

1.2 Store Credit Option
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund and will be issued once your return has been received and approved. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

1.3 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back at your expense in their original condition, including all packaging and any accompanying materials where reasonably possible. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

1.4 Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit where an item is returned due to a genuine issue such as incorrect fit. All such requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and items must still meet all return conditions.

1.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us ASAP with proof of purchase. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

1.6 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us on info@leteactive.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

1.7 Shipping & Responsibility
Delivery charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

1.8 Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the item does not meet our return conditions.

1.9 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
